7 year oldAs Meek Mill faces prison time, many celebs including JAY-Z, Rick Ross, Kevin Hart, T.I. and others have publicly shown him love. One of the most surprising responses to the Meek situation has come from his MMG comrade Wale, who pledges to stand in Meek's corner during his time of need.
Speaking exclusively to REVOLT, Wale offered his thoughts on Meek's sentencing and opened up about their relationship.
"I'm heartbroken," Wale said, vowing to keep Meek in his prayers throughout the entirety of Meek's prison stay.
Though the two rappers have been signed to Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group for many years now, they have had several public bouts through social media. Many fans have been left to wonder if their relationship was irreconcilable, but Wale says the two have worked toward rectifying their issues - and that any qualms they've had before wouldn't stop him from wishing his MMG brother the best.
"Me and him have been repairing our bond and speaking more n more daily," Wale said. It hurts my soul for his son it hurts my heart for his family. I pray the system reassess this. He is in my prayers every day and I won't let ANYbody forget about my man every day until he's with us again."
