Police reportedly made at least five arrests inside the stadium – on charges including public intoxication, trespassing, ticket robbery and assault – and allegedly cited 36 others for underage drinking a few hours before the country singer took the stage as part of his Spread the Love tour.

Following the incident, Chesney’s fanbase, known as No Shoes Nation, took to Twitter to express their opinions, which were mostly humorous.

A similar incident occurred at Chesney’s concert at PNC Park in 2013, when over 70 people were arrested and over 30 tons of trash was left at the venue.
