Shakira has performed a free concert on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro
Fans showed up outside a hospital in Lima Sunday night to show their support for the Latin music superstar. The artist said she was diagnosed with an abdominal condition and would not be able to perform one of her two shows scheduled in the city.
