Allison Holker announces engagement three years after husband tWitch’s death

Three years after losing husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss to suicide, Allison Holker has shared some surprise happy news with fans.

Three years after the tragic loss of her husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Allison Holker has found love again - announcing her engagement to boyfriend of almost two years, Adam Edmunds.
The So You Think You Can Dance judge took to Instagram this week to share the happy news with her 3.4 million followers.
“We’re ENGAGED! It was the most romantic night of my life!” she declared at the beginning of her post, which also offered a series of images from the evening.

“I am so in love with you Adam. Baby, I am forever grateful for you and the impact you have had in my life and my kids lives. I am a better person because of you. You helped me find me again and showed me how to love. Every morning I wake up I feel safe knowing you are

My person at my side. You and your kids coming into our lives has been the biggest blessing.”

The star and mother-of-three went on to offer details about the day her beau proposed - which turned out to be a surprise in front of loved ones who have supported her through some of the toughest times.

“You surprised me with a surprise birthday party and then surprised me and all our guests at the party with a surprise proposal party. The whole night was magic and you had every detail thought out to make it even more special,” she shared.

“Adam, I will always support you, hold you and love you! You are my everything Adam.”

She ended the post with a thank you message for all of her fans who have offered her “love and support.”

Fans rushed to the comments to wish the couple well, with many thrilled with the news that Allison has found happiness after such a public heartbreak.

“Yayyaayayayaayayay!!!!! Congratulations!” wrote famous pal, Ricki Lake, followed by singer Paula Abdul, who commented: “A huge congratulations sweetheart. ️I’m so happy for you.”

The happy couple have reportedly been dating for two years following the tragic passing of Allison’s first husband Stephen, affectionately known as “tWitch” from his time on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2022.

Devastating fans around the globe and everyone who knew his infectious, joyful spirit personally, tWitch died by suicide at the age of 40, leaving Allison to raise their three children, Weslie Renae, Maddox Laurel and Zaia, solo.

Despite moving on in her personal life in the years since he passed, Allison is committed to remembering her late husband and celebrating his life every year.

On December 14th last year, the star shared one of their many dancing clips filmed together - moments that brought many fans much joy.

“Today is the 3 year Stephen tWitch Boss anniversary day 12/13/2022. We honour you and cherish all of our beautiful memories with you,” she captioned the reel.

“We loved laughing, creating and dancing. We will love you forever. Saw some beautiful posts yesterday as we lead up to the day. Thank you for your endless love and support. It means the world to me and my kids.”
