Fans troll Justin Bieber for sharing cryptic post about marriage as ex Selena Gomez weds: ‘You lost her’

Justin Bieber was trolled by fans for sharing a post set to a song about marriage hours after his ex Selena Gomez married Benny Blanco.

On Saturday, the singer shared a carousel of images on Instagram of him playing basketball at The League court in Los Angeles.

The post was set to the tune of Justin’s 2025 song I Do, a romantic R&B ballad about his marriage to his wife, Hailey Bieber.

However, fans called the pop star, 31, out for the timing of the use of the song, seeing as though his ex’s star-studded nuptials to Blanco were proceeding less than 100 miles away in Santa Barbara, Calif.

“you lost her, get over her,” wrote one user.

“The love of your life just got married 👍🏻,” added another.

“Benny: I Do! Justin: I do too,” quipped a third person.

“Choice of song is wild 😂,” claimed a fourth netizen.

“a song about your wedding in a basketball photo, one wants to help but this man doesn’t co-operate 🤣 🤣 🤣,” commented another fan.

Several Instagram users also posted GIFs of Gomez in Justin’s comments section.

The singer’s cryptic post came hours after Gomez tied the knot with Blanco.

On Saturday evening, the Only Murders in the Building star, 33, took to Instagram to share intimate photos from her wedding to the music producer.

The snaps and videos showed the newlyweds embracing and holding hands.

The bride and groom both rocked Ralph Lauren, with Gomez wearing a custom hand-draped halter-neck satin dress with embroidery, while Blanco, 37, wore a classic black tuxedo and bowtie.

The Disney star dated Justin on and off for nearly eight years before they broke up for good in 2018.

Hailey, 28, and Justin secretly tied the knot later that year.

The Rhode Beauty founder and the singer have been pitted against each other over their romantic involvement with Justin.

However, Hailey eventually set the record straight, declaring it was “all love” between her and Gomez during her September 2022 Call Her Daddy interview.

Two months later, the women posed for a photo together.
