Pete Davidson Said People Harass His Family After Ariana Grande Made Him Famous

Pete Davidson is back in the spotlight again after taking a short break to focus on his mental health, and he's speaking more about his former relationship with Ariana Grande.

The comedian recently spoke with Hot Ones to chat about his upcoming Netflix special and eat hot wings, and he revealed that since his split with Ariana in fall 2018, his entire family has been hounded by paparazzi.

"She made me, created me, whatever they said," Pete said of the pop star. The high-profile lens on their previous relationship still hasn't ended, and apparently, Pete is still being followed. "It's really annoying because I live in Staten Island and they come here now because Ariana Grande made me famous and stuff. So it's all her fault ... she sent the wolves on me."

According to Pete, the scrutiny and invasion of privacy isn't limited to just him; his mom faces it too, and he doesn't think it's funny at all. "It's been embarrassing 'cause I have a family — like my mom has to go to work and there's these f**king weirdos outside, and it's embarrassing and it sucks," he revealed.

Pete has recently been speaking publicly about their relationship, which began in May of 2018 and included an engagement before they split in October of that year, a lot as of late. He even throws some shade at Ari in his new Netflix special. Ariana, for her part, referenced Pete in her hit song "Thank U, Next" and addressed their relationship in a Vogue cover story, but has remained relatively mum regarding their split otherwise.
