Who knew Billy Bush was living so large? The former Today host — fired after just two months on the job after that awful leaked audio clip in which he appears alongside Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump — is selling his NYC townhouse for a whopping $8.25 million.

Bush, 45, originally snapped up the abode in December 2015 for — wait for it — $8.8 million. He put it back on the real estate market in April, first asking $8.9 million and cutting the price this week in the wake of the Trump scandal.

The former Access Hollywood host has apologized for his role in what Trump dismissed as “locker room talk.” Though he reached a settlement with NBC, his prospects look bleak, and he’s reportedly back in L.A., without ever having lived in the place that he had once planned to renovate for his wife and three daughters. Don’t feel too sorry for him, though, because Bush obviously has bank!

Not to mention, the pricey 7,248-square-foot townhouse he’s leaving behind is bound to sell eventually. Situated in the city’s Chelsea neighborhood, it features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The place was built in 1901, but it looks modern with its sweeping Manhattan views and modern kitchen and bathroom. A pool and a garden await on the patio.
