4 year oldKanye West may have parachuted into Paris fashion week when he sent out surprise invitations to his showing of Yeezy Season 8, but his daughter North stole the show.
Held at the Espace Niemeyer, guests stood on a slippery, grassy hill outside of the venue to witness the latest drop from the artist’s fashion label.
Against a backdrop of silence, models took to the runway wearing a streamlined edit of crop tops, puffer coats and wide-legged pants. Moments later, the urgent, relentless sound of cars honking emerged, and what may have been initially mistaken as traffic sounds coming from the street were, in fact, part of the soundtrack for the show.
But it wasn’t until the end – seven minutes later – that the runway performance took a surprising star-in-the-making turn: As models took their finale walk, West’s six-year-old daughter, North, appeared on the runway and started rapping – and she was received with enthusiastic applause.

She rapped an adorable, unknown song with lyrics such as, “This is my style” and “I have new shoes, they’re really cute.”
A sunglasses-clad Kanye then emerged, proudly beaming as he closed in on his daughter for a hug.
Her mum, Kim Kardashian, was in the front row and took to her Instagram Stories to record her girl performing on stage.
Of course, North is no stranger to the spotlight, starring occasionally on the family’s reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which is about to air its new season on Foxtel Now.
Kanye blessed his Parisian show with a Sunday Service yesterday, where Kardashian arrived wearing a sexy latex outfit straight off the Balmain runway.
