Kardashians fight to stop Blac Chyna from using their name

Documents obtained by TMZ indicate Rob Kardashian’s fiancee is looking to ditch her name Chyna and trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian” so she can use it while working in entertainment and on her social media, but the sisters’ companies have opposed this request.

According to the documents, Kim and her sisters feel that if Blac gets to use their name, the brand will “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill,” The Sun reports.

In fact Kim, 35, Khloe, 32 and Kourtney, 37, appear to be so suspicious of the 28-year-old’s motives that the documents even claim she is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.

For those unfamiliar, the Kardashian and Blac Chyna history goes like this:

Chyna, who gave birth to Rob’s daughter Dream in November also has four-year-old son, King Cairo, from a previous relationship with Tyga.

The rapper is now dating Kylie Jenner, who of course his Rob’s youngest sister Kylie’s boyfriend.

And two weeks ago, Chyna’s mum Tokyo Toni lashed out at the entire family on her Instagram account after she was called a “loose cannon” in the teaser for their reality show, Rob & Chyna Baby Special.

She seemed to be getting close to the family, including momager Kris Jenner, after they were all present at Dream’s birth, but now it seems they’re at war again after Tokyo took offence to Rob’s choice of language in the TV show.

She used her Instagram page to vent her wrath at Rob, writing: “A Lose Canon? Since I am the topic of y’all conversation to be demonized!! Really my n****? No your entire family are lose canons boy! Think about it! Don’t ever come for me again @robkardashian to Scott a** or nobody else! (sic).”

Furious Tokyo, who dedicates her time to charity work, continued to insult the Kardashians in her post. She wrote: “I don’t f**k with you people at all so why come for me! I was a lose canon (sic) because your entire family dogged by kid out so thank God I don’t have to be a f*****g loose cannon anymore!

“Y’all family now honey! So now I can focus on my life! Real life situations that you wouldn’t know s**t about!!! I was your friend I talk to you for hours on end trying to keep your relationship together and guess what you own your own do you how about that.”

Blac’s mum went on to say she didn’t want to appear on their reality series and asked Rob to get in touch.

She added: “To be talked about like this for ratings! WHERE THE F**K IS MY CHEQUE?”
