7 year oldTHEY are no strangers to controversies. Now, the Kardashians have been grilled about their most scandalous moments.
The reality TV family were given media training on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, where they were asked about Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, Kendall Jenner’s controversial Pepsi ad, and Caitlyn Jenner’s transition.
This questioning led Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner to label her ex Caitlyn “mean-spirited”.
“There were things that happened that they did not tell me,” Kris said during the training session attended by her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardsahian, and Kendall Jenner.
“I would do anything for my kids. Had I known any of the things they were experiencing ... it just broke my heart,” Kris added.
She was asked by the media trainers if she had “turned a blind eye” to Caitlyn’s gender identity issues during their marriage.
“No ... I just think I didn’t have the whole truth of what was going on in his life,” Kris responded.
Supermodel Kendall chimed in: “We kept a lot of it from you”.
Kris then described Caitlyn’s memoir as “inaccurate”.
The media trainers also asked Kendall about the controversy over her Pepsi ad, which was criticised and ultimately pulled for being racially insensitive.
“It was definitely a huge learning lesson,” Kendall told them.
“There were a lot of things that were blinding me. A lot of people I had faith in, a lot of things I had trust in.”
