Blac Chyna’s lawyer ‘exploring all legal remedies’ after Rob Kardashian posted explicit pics

“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” lawyer Walter Mosley told People magazine.

The reclusive Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 30, posted “revenge porn” of his baby mama on Instagram and Twitter yesterday, accusing her of infidelity, promiscuity and drug use.

Top-tier lawyers say Rob’s social media meltdown violated California’s 2013 revenge porn laws, where it is considered a misdemeanour punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine.

Under the law, revenge porn refers to a person who has a picture of an “intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an image of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation” and, instead of keeping it private, intentionally distributes it to cause emotional distress.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has not yet not opened an investigation into Rob’s overshare.

Lisa Bloom, who won a revenge porn case involving actress Mischa Barton last month, said jail could be on the table for Rob — as well as a high payout for Chyna.

“If she sued him for money damages, the amount she received would depend on the emotional distress she suffered,” Ms Bloom told New York Daily News. “Given that he has a large social media following, if the jury was sympathetic to her, she could recover millions.”

Carrie A. Goldberg, a lawyer who focuses on online harassment, sexual assault and blackmail, agreed that Rob could face jail time.

“This is sort of the classic, quintessential revenge porn,” she told People magazine.

“Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim’s lawyer quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex. ”

She added that “the allegation of infidelity does not give someone the right to seek revenge in such a devastating way.”

Rob’s Instagram page was blocked several hours after he began the vicious tirade, but he moved to Twitter and posted the images again. The pics have since been removed from Twitter.

“This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewellery yesterday,” he captioned a photo of Chyna’s vagina. “This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”

He also shared video of Chyna, 29, in bed with another man and wrote, “Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person. Come spend time with your daughter instead of f**king me and then this dude right after. U need help.”

Chyna later took to Snapchat to throw her own blows at her former flame.

“Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!!!!! U put hand on me I swear on god !!!!! On my kids but I’m supposed to be quiet because you’re a Kardashian,” she wrote on Snapchat. “The light will come to the light.”

During his meltdown, Rob also took aim at his “momanager”, Kris Jenner, when she tried to halt his maniacal tweeting.

In a now-deleted tweet, the reality star said he wasn’t listening to his mum’s pleas to stop posting because she married “a dude named Caitlyn” — referring to her ex-husband Bruce Jenner who has since become Caitlyn.

“My mum keeps telling me to stop, but she was married to a dude named Caitlyn, so I’m def not listening to her,” he taunted.

While he removed the tweet about his mother, his tweets about Chyna remain online.

His Instagram — which featured a number of nudes of the mother of his child — has been deactivated.

Instagram released a statement saying: “We value maintaining a safe and supportive space for our community and we work to remove reported content that violates our guidelines.”

Rob and Chyna announced their engagement in April 2016 and starred in an E! reality show about their relationship. Their daughter, Dream, was born last November. They called off their engagement in February.

The pairing initially raised eyebrows due to Chyna’s complicated history with the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Chyna shares a son with rapper Tyga, the ex-boyfriend of Rob’s sister Kylie Jenner. Chyna is also best friends with Amber Rose, an ex of Kanye West, who is now married to Rob’s sister Kim Kardashian West.
