Amtrak train derails, dangles over interstate in Washington state

    DUPONT, Wash. — An Amtrak train on its inaugural run derailed south of Seattle on Monday, causing multiple deaths and injuries as rail cars plunged off a bridge over a traffic-clogged interstate, authorities said.
