Report in New York magazine says the Murdochs will ask Ailes to resign or face dismissal in wake of high-profile lawsuit filed by anchor Gretchen Carlson.

"I have never been instructed on the length of my skirt or the color of my lipstick," says Fox News anchor Sandra Smith.

Fox announced Wednesday that it was launching an internal review after a lawsuit was filed by broadcast veteran Gretchen Carlson alleged she was sexually harassed by CEO Roger Ailes.

Fox News representatives did not immediately return requests for comment on the lawsuit, which was filed in Superior Court in New Jersey's Bergen County.
