A judge has set R&B singer R. Kelly’s bond at $1 million, or $250,000 for each of the four cases of criminal sexual abuse leveled against him, according to the Chicago Sun Times.

The R&B singer has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to court records reviewed by several publications.

On Thursday, Avenatti tweeted out a statement describing the tape.
