While Rob, 37, hasn’t ever made any physical appearances in his family’s Hulu show, his voice has been briefly heard a couple of different times via phone calls with his older sister Khloé Kardashian, 39.
This time, however, he featured much more prominently during a phone chat with Khloé, where fans got rare insight into his private life after he left the spotlight several years ago.
In the newest episode from season 5, Khloé decides to call up her younger brother to ask if he’d be willing to donate his sperm to her best friend Malika Haqq.
Earlier, Haqq went to Khloé with her desire to have a second child. But with no prospects on the horizon, Haqq wants to explore her options by visiting a sperm bank for an anonymous donor.
That’s when Khloé comes up with an idea.
“Why don’t we just ask Rob to give you some sperm? He’s a good catch,” she says. “You guys have already slept together.”
Khloé’s not wrong. After years of flirting in the early seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, in which Rob was a frequent star, Rob and Haqq ultimately admitted that they were “hooking up” in the first season of Khloé & Lamar in 2011.
While nothing further came from their relationship, Khloé still decides to call Rob in the new episode to see what he thinks about donating his sperm to her bestie.
“Real serious question, though. Like, Bible serious,” Khloé says. “Malika wants to have another kid and she was gonna go to a sperm bank to get sperm. But I just said, why not get it from you?”
Rob immediately replies, “I can’t f**k anymore,” leaving Khloé and Haqq confused.
“Is it broke?” Haqq asks, while Khloé says, “What? Rob, you just put it in a cup.”

Rob repeats several times that he can no longer perform in the bedroom, prompting Khloé to end the conversation by telling him, “OK, well we have time to prepare her womb so we could prepare your penis. So you just simmer on this conversation, OK?”
Still, he insists, “I just told you I can’t f**k anymore,” to which Khloé answers, “OK, I love you. This is weirder than I thought.”
The fan-favourite reality star further addresses her brother’s remarks in her confessional, telling the cameras, “My brother is just — he’s just disgusting and we can’t ever talk normal,” before concluding that she doesn’t think there’s a “problem” with his reproductive organs.
Rob is a father to one child, seven-year-old Dream, whom he shares with ex Blac Chyna. The pair split in 2017 after a tumultuous, headline-making relationship.
In 2022, Chyna lost a lawsuit against members of the Kardashian and Jenner family after she filed a defamation claim against them.
Chyna sued Khloé, mumager Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for $US40 million for loss of earnings and more than $US60 million in future earnings, claiming they used their influence to tarnish her reputation and prevent financial opportunities after they allegedly “conspired” to cancel the second season of reality show Rob & Chyna.
New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday on Disney+.
