​ Khloe's Halloween outfit sparks backlash ​

Khloe Kardashian has sparked a wave of backlash after leaving fans baffled with her Halloween costume.

Many of Khloe’s fans didn’t recognise her at all when she posted her outfit to Instagram on Tuesday.

In fact, some accused the reality star of making her skin look at least “ten times” darker than usual.
 

She dressed up as a Bratz Doll, posing in a yellow and patterned mini dress with long-sleeved white shirt underneath on Instagram.

Followers of the star were quick to call out Kardashian for her skin tone, with some even accusing her of doing “blackface”.

“Girl who the hell is this, you’re not even recognisable,” bemoaned one fan.

Another echoed the sentiment, replying: “No one’s gonna talk about her skin being 10 times darker?”

Another accused the star of being “obsessed” with no longer being white, saying: “Why are the Kardashians obsessed with being black. They are so white. She’s literally Dutch, Irish, English and Scottish.”

“I mean the blackface is clear here,” replied another fan.

Kardashian has yet to comment on the backlash, however, it’s not the first time she’s been called out over seemingly darkening her skin tone.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, some compared the star to former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson, who has faced similar backlash in the past.

Kardashian, 39, said that the pro basketballer, who is the father of her two children, had moved in with her but said it was a temporary arrangement.“ Tristan has a house that he is doing construction on and renovating. He was able to live there during renovations, but we had crazy weather for California, like extreme rain. Tristan’s roof caved in on his home and caused flooding,” she shared on The Kardashians.

The reality star explained that it wasn’t just Tristan moving in but some of his family had come too.
 

“So Tristan and Amari are staying at my house now until his home gets fixed,” she said.

Amari, is Tristan’s younger brother. Their mother, Andrea, tragically passed away earlier this year and Amari has been living with Khloe and Tristian since.

“Amari is 16, and he is severely disabled and it is just really sad. Because we don’t know what he knows or doesn’t know cognitively,” Khloe said.

Khloe and Tristan have a very complicated relationship due to the sport star’s infidelity, but have tried to remain amicable for the sake of their family.
