In a new lawsuit against Diddy, Crystal McKinney alleges that she was sexually assaulted by the mogul after a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City.

Another lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs emerged.

According to TMZ, former model Crystal McKinney alleges that the music mogul enticed her with promises of career advancement in 2003 when she was 22 years old.

McKinney alleges in her lawsuit that while attending a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City, a then 33-year-old Diddy invited her to his studio, where she claims he and others were drinking and smoking a joint. She admits to taking a hit of the joint, which she believes may have been laced with a narcotic or other drug and left her feeling disoriented.

The former model accuses Combs of forcing her into a bathroom before kissing her and forcing her to perform oral sex despite her refusal. She says she lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.

TMZ notes that it’s not clear if her lawsuit refers to the alleged oral sex she was forced to perform or another sex act that may have been done to her while she was unconscious.

McKinney claims she was subsequently blacklisted from the modeling industry, became severely depressed, and attempted suicide in 2004. She was motivated to come forward with her story after recent lawsuits against Combs were filed. She is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

Complex has reached out to a Diddy representative for comment.

Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 37, filed a lawsuit against him last November, accusing him of rape, sex trafficking, and abuse. Although the case was settled the following day, Diddy issued a statement on his Instagram account a month later denying “any of the awful things being alleged" and promising to "fight for my name, my family and for the truth."

Surveillance footage of Diddy showing him physically abusing Ventura at a hotel in 2016 was released by CNN last week. On Sunday, Combs issued a video apology for the incident to his Instagram account.

“I mean, I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I'm disgusted now,” he said in the clip.

He continued, “I went and I sought out professional help and I had to go into therapy. We're going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry, but I'm committed to be a better man each and every day. I'm not asking for forgiveness. I'm truly sorry.”

It’s worth noting that the Bad Boy founder did not mention Ventura in his one-minute apology video, likely due to the conditions of their settlement, which includes an ironclad NDA that doesn’t let them say each other’s names publicly.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office announced that no charges can be filed over the video due to the statute of limitations.
