Fresh new allegations have been made about the disgraced rap mogul, this time involving a 10-year-old at an audition.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed Monday.

The accuser, who goes by John Doe in the lawsuit, claims he flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with the rapper when the incident allegedly unfolded, TMZ reports.

In the docs — filed by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee and obtained by TMZ — the plaintiff claims he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He says he rapped several songs to Combs, who allegedly told him he could turn him into a star.

Diddy, 54, then allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be a star, to which the accuser told him that he would do “anything.”

Combs allegedly had someone from his team give the child a soda, causing him to feel a “little funny” after drinking it. The accuser alleged that the soda may have been laced with GHB or ecstasy.

The I’ll Be Missing You artist allegedly told the child, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before proceeding to allegedly force the youngster into performing oral sex.

The plaintiff then allegedly passed out, and claims that, when he awoke, his pants were undone and he believed he had been sexually assaulted.

The John Doe claimed that he felt lethargic and cried for his parents, causing Combs to allegedly tell the child that he would harm his mum and dad if he ever told them what had happened.

The alleged victim claims in court docs that he did tell his parents, but claims they were afraid to report the alleged assault to the police due to fears of retaliation.

Reps for Combs vehemently denied the allegations in a statement shared with Page Six Monday.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” the statement began, referring to Buzbee, who is representing hundreds of alleged victims of the Bad Boy Records founder.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” the statement continued.

“Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

The lawsuit is the latest in a string of legal actions filed by Buzbee accusing Combs of sexual assault — with some accusers being as young as 9 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.

Diddy’s downfall began in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a lawsuit accusing him of raping, sex trafficking and physically abusing herthroughout their decade-long relationship.

Combs denied his ex’s claims at the time and settled the case with Ventura, 38, less than 24 hours later.

However, just a few months later, a video of him brutally assaulting the Me & U singer at a hotel in 2016 surfaced online and the father of seven was forced to issue a public apology.

Dozens of others have come forward with their own accusations, with many claiming the attacks allegedly occurred at his star-studded parties.

Last month, the Grammy winner was arrested in New York City on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held behind bars at Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Centre after being denied bail. A trial is set for May 5, 2024.
