However, when it was Savannah's turn, she made a face and noted that her question was 'weird'.
'Are you pregnant?' she read before replying: 'Well yeah, I am pregnant.'
The Today anchors all began to cheer over the joyous news, while Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb admitted that they had sneaking suspicions that Savannah was pregnant.
Each one of them took turns giving her hugs, and Carson Daly couldn't help but jokingly ask: 'It is your husband Feldman's right?'
After they congratulated her, Hoda pointed out that when they were drinking wine at dinner the other day, but Savannah's wasn't drinking hers. Hoda said she thought she just 'wasn't in the mood'.
'I am always in the mood,' Savannah joked. 'I have been fake drinking for some time now.'
'We are so thrilled and excited,' she added.
Savannah also shared a photo of the moment she and Vale FaceTimed her mom to share the news.
'I called her at four in the morning in Arizona,' she said.
However, Carson wanted to know how Vale reacted to the news.
'Well, you know what. I was going to say that there is only one person who is kind of not sure how she feels about it,' Savannah said of her daughter.
The soon-to-be mother-of-two went on to share a video that sees her telling the news to her toddler Vale, who was less than pleased with the news.
Vale was clearly already cranky when her mom announced that she is going to be big sister, and the surprise didn't make her feel any better.
'Do you want a new baby?' Savannah asked, and Vale shouted: 'No!'
However, the little girl looked adorable in a yellow T-shirt that read 'I was here first' on the front and 'Proud big sister' on the back.
And her priceless reaction earned plenty of laughs f-rom the Today show crew as Willie Geist joked 'that's not on the fence'.
When Savannah was asked if she thinks Vale wants a baby sister or a baby brother, she pointed out that she thinks 'Vale wants to be alone'.
