Now Self has blessed us with an instructional video from one of the greatest female athletes in history.

The tennis great has worked hard to get to the top of her game, but her twerking how-to is 60 seconds of effortless excellence. It’s like watching Ina Garten cook a roast chicken or Jane Fonda do a set of leg lifts—just so impossibly simple and masterful that you can’t look away.
