Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, have agreed to plead guilty to fraud conspiracy charges in connection with their involvement in the nationwide college admissions cheating scandal.

Ms. Loughlin and Mr. Giannulli were accused in March 2019 of working with college counselor William “Rick” Singer to pitch their daughters as fake athletic recruits and secure their admission to the University of Southern California.
