Kim Kardashian shamelessly asks fans for bakery tips in aftermath of Orlando shooting

The reality star urged Twitter followers to help support her family’s need for “amazing cakes & cupcakes” Tuesday, in the devastating aftermath of a madman gunning down 49 innocent people at a gay nightclub in Orlando Sunday.

“Ok guys my family is looking for a new bakery. What are the yummiest cake spots in la that makes amazing cakes & cupcakes?” the star tweeted out to her 46 million followers.

TLC’s “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro responded to her frivolous request. “I think I might know a guy...” he tweeted at Kardashian.

The 35-year-old reality star showed a more socially conscious side when she shared her views on gun control in a series of tweets following the shooting early Sunday morning. She called out Congress for its failure to ban suspected terrorists f-rom buying assault weapons.

“Under current federal law people on terror watch lists can legally buy guns — this is called the Terror Gap,” she posted.

“We have repeatedly called on Congress to close this loophole that makes it easy for dangerous people to get gun & kill,” she added in a separate tweet.
