Khloe Kardashian admits to plastic surgery

It’s as plain as the nose on her face.

Khloé Kardashian addressed the ongoing talk over her appearance at the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion on Sunday, telling Andy Cohen, “Everybody says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ But I’ve had one nose job.”

After thanking her surgeon, Kardashian, 36, continued, “Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it?

“Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.

“When the show first started I was very secure. Very secure,” she added. “And then during the first couple of seasons I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then I had a think I had a good run of being secure, and then I think recently I’ve become insecure again.”

“I was so confident and secure before the show,” Kardashian confessed in the second part of the reunion. “Season one, I wouldn’t say I was famous. I was Kim’s sister, but I remember Kourtney and I would always be in the background of her photos and we loved it.”

The Good American co-founder was so confident before the show took off, she said, that she would wear Kim’s bodycon dresses — even if they didn’t fit her.

Kardashian explained that she didn’t become hard on herself until “all the Perez Hiltons and all those blogs at the time” began to call her “fugly” or “all these crazy things.”

“I became insecure because of what everybody else was telling me,” she said.

Kardashian also admitted that she felt Kim, now 40, and Kourtney, 42, received preferential treatment, including “racks and racks of clothes,” on photoshoots because of their looks.

“It was never a question,” she affirmed. “It was fact. And it was very blatant as well.”

While Kardashian doesn’t believe that her family treats her any differently because of her appearance, she said her issues with body image are what made her so adamant about pushing size inclusivity with her clothing line.

The reality star previously addressed her struggles with body image in April after her team tried to erase an unretouched photo of her on the internet.

She said at the time, “The photo that was posted this week is beautiful. But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering, in bad lighting or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point — and then shares it to the world — you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared — regardless of who you are.”
