7 year oldThe South Korean tech giant is keen to regain the trust of customers after the exploding battery issue with the Galaxy Note 7.
The company has pushed back the release of the Galaxy 8 handset until the end of March, but there has been a lot of speculation about how it will look.

The leaks come from Twitter user @UniverseIce who provided five shots of the handset and promises to provide more.
Such leaks are not uncommon, and typically come from suppliers of the smartphone manufacturers. This particular leak comes from an unfamiliar source and so there is good cause for scepticism. Nonetheless, tech commentators seem optimistic about its legitimacy.
As Forbes pointed out, a subsequent tweet from the user shows the Galaxy S8 alongside the Galaxy S8 Plus and is proportionately spot on. We know this through the detailed dimensions Samsung provides to case makers each year ahead of each device launch.
The new pictures appear to confirm that the device will replace the familiar home button with a super-wide infinity screen.
The pictures also show an extra front-facing camera on the left hand side that hints Samsung’s new model is focused on selfies.

The rumour mill has been in overdrive since pictures and features of the Samsung Galaxy S8 leaked this week.
So far, it’s believed it will come with a larger display, a fingerprint sensor on the back of the device and a dedicated wireless charger.
The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were launched early last year and feature Quad HD displays, waterproof design and a Dual 12 megapixel camera.
The S7 Edge trumped the iPhone in reviews and cleared up at several award ceremonies.
