Benjamin Netanyahu is pressing his far-right coalition partners to merge ahead of Israel’s polls next month, warning that failure to do so could imperil his bloc’s chances of re-election.
The prime minister has sparred publicly in recent days with far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who has so far spurned Netanyahu’s demands to join forces with other factions and consolidate the rightwing vote.
