Rescue workers in Lebanon are searching for more than a hundred people who are missing after a huge explosion devastated the port area of the capital Beirut on Tuesday.

Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Hariri has said he is resigning, amid protests that have gripped the country for almost two weeks.

Lebanon's coalition government has reportedly agreed to a package of economic reforms as it attempts to quell the biggest protests in years.
