Super Bowl: NBC Attributes Brief Blackout to "Equipment Failure"

The telecast went dark for several seconds on Sunday night.
NBC's telecast of Super Bowl LII briefly went dark on Sunday night.
Viewers experienced several seconds of a black screen during a commercial break.
The Twitter account for NBC Sports PR attributed the darkness to a "brief equipment failure."
