Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter Shiloh reportedly paid for her own lawyer when she filed to drop her father’s last name.
“Shiloh hired her own lawyer and paid for it herself, so Angie doesn’t know and can’t speak for it,” an insider told Entertainment Tonight Sunday.
The talented dancer, who filed the request on her 18th birthday late last month, is seeking to change her name from “Shiloh Jolie-Pitt” to “Shiloh Jolie.”
Reps for Angelina, 48, and Brad, 60, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The move means Shiloh joins several of her siblings who have also publicly distanced themselves from the Fight Club actor.
Last month, the exes’ daughter Vivienne was notably listed as “Vivienne Jolie” in The Outsiders Playbill. Though it’s unclear if the 15-year-old has legally changed her name.
Brad and Angelina’s 19-year-old daughter, Zahara, also dropped her father’s surname — introducing herself as “Zahara Marley Jolie” — at her Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority induction at Spelman College in November 2023.
In 2021, Us Weekly reported that the Mr. & Mrs. Smith stars’ son Maddox, 22, also “doesn’t use Pitt as his last name on documents that aren’t legal and instead uses Jolie.”
At the time, Angelina reportedly didn’t support her oldest son’s decision to legally change his name.
In addition to Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne, the former couples also share sons Pax, 20, and Knox, 15.
The Girl, Interrupted star requested sole custody of their children when she filed for divorce in 2016 after 12 years together and two years of marriage.
Angelina and Brad’s relationship allegedly came crashing down after a 2016 incident when the Moneyball actor allegedly got physical with his ex-wife and two of their six children on a private jet.
