Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter spotted ‘basically having sex’ at club in West Hollywood

Hours after dropping Slide Away — the American singer’s dewy-eyed ballad presumably about her breakup with her actor husband Liam Hemsworth — Miley Cyrus was “basically having sex” with Carter, at Soho House in West Hollywood on Friday, Page Six is told.

“They were obsessed with each other. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” said a spy.

“They were kissing and making out everywhere. In the bathroom, at the bar, in the middle of the floor. They were basically having sex. There’s no question they’re together.”

A day after the Wrecking Ball singer and her Australian husband announced that they were splitting after less than a year of marriage, pictures appeared online showing Cyrus and Carter canoodling on a boat on Lake Como in Italy.

But until now, it wasn’t clear if the pair are an item or whether that was a one-time hook-up.

“They were making out all over the place, and didn’t care who saw,” said the spy, who was left in no doubt about their relationship. We reported that Hemsworth was “devastated” and “blindsided” by the Como shots.

Reps didn’t comment.

Cyrus and Hemsworth announced their shock separation just over a week ago after eight months of marriage and 10 years dating on-and-off.
 

A week earlier, it was revealed Carter had separated from her husband, reality star Brody Jenner, with the pair regular cast members on MTV’s reboot The Hills: New Beginnings, which streams on Foxtel.

Cyrus and Carter were spotted out and about two days ago in Los Angeles, where they had lunch with Cyrus’ mother, Tish, sparking rumours the pair were getting serious.

Cyrus two days ago released a song called Slide Away which is widely understood to be about Hemsworth. Lines include “I want my house in the hills/Don’t want the whiskey and pills”, alluding to Hemsworth’s alleged hard-partying ways and the purported reason behind their split, according to friends of Cyrus.

Representatives from Hemsworth’s camp deny the claims, saying Hemsworth has labelled them “100% false”. While Cyrus has been out and about in Italy and Los Angeles, Hemsworth has been keeping a low profile back in Byron Bay in Australia and is heartbroken, according to friends.
