This star of one of the biggest sitcoms of the 90s has split from her husband after nearly 28 years together.

If you thought this week of celebrity break-ups couldn’t get any worse after Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s split, think again.

90s star Lori Loughlin, 61, and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, 62, have officially parted ways after nearly 28 years together.

Confirming reports to People, a representative for Loughlin revealed that the couple “are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time.”

Loughlin, best known for her role in Full House and Fuller House, eloped with the creator of Mossimo in November of 1997, just one year after Loughlin split from her previous husband, Michael Burns.

In 1998, they welcomed their first child Isabella Rose Giannulli, 27, who has gone on to pursue an acting career and create her own knitwear brand.

The following year, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Olivia Jade, 26, who is well-known for her internet fame and long-term boyfriend, Jacob Elordi.

Earlier this year, the stars listed their sprawling Hidden Hills estate for $16.5 million – a move widely speculated as planting the seeds for their split.

People previously confirmed that the pair purchased the home back in August of 2020, after they were embroiled in an infamous college admissions scandal involving their daughters in 2019.

In May 2020, Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud after they were accused of paying $500,000 for their daughters admission into the University of Southern California.

The sisters were falsely designated as recruits to the university’s crew team despite never participating in the sport.

Loughlin was sentenced to two months in federal prison while her husband copped a five-month sentence in August of the same year.

In 2024, Loughlin spoke out about the scandal, telling First For Women that “nobody is perfect.”

“We all make mistakes. I was always told to let stuff go. And I think for your own health, you have to let things go because you can’t hang on to negativity. Life’s too short,” she said.
