2 year oldGisele Bundchen was spotted without her wedding ring on the same day she and husband Tom Brady hired divorce lawyers.
Photos show the Brazilian supermodel out with her kids, but without her wedding ring on Wednesday (AEDT) in Miami, where she’s been staying amid rumours she’s splitting from the NFL player.
The couple’s relationship has been on the rocks for the last few months after they got into an epic fight over Brady’s decision to un-retire from the NFL. The relationship seems to be reaching its breaking point as each party retained divorce lawyers this week, as exclusively revealed by Page Six.
Bundchen, 45, took her and Brady’s two kids — son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9 — to a gym, dressed casually in a white scoop-neck tank top and light grey leggings.

Bundchen appeared to be in full mum mode as she carried all of her kids’ gym gear and passed it on to them, including a water bottle, karate dogi and a blue karate belt.
The two children eventually hurried off to the gym, leaving their mum with some of their gear and one arm free for her to show off her ringless left hand.
This is the second time the former Victoria’s Secret Angel has been spotted without her ring this week.
On Monday, she was photographed leaving a South Beach gym after getting a workout in and didn’t have her ring on on that occasion either.
While it’s unclear if ditching her ring is related to the couple’s marital woes, Bundchen was wearing her wedding band as recently as June while the family vacationed in Portofino, Italy.
Both Bundchen and Brady, 45, fled to Miami prior to Hurricane Ian hitting their home in Tampa Bay, where Brady plays for the Buccaneers, but a source told Page Six at the time that they had moved into separate homes.
It has only got worse since then.
“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” a source told Page Six.
“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”
Neither Bundchen nor Brady have directly addressed the break-up reports, but they have both individually hinted about the divide.
In her September Elle cover story, Bündchen expressed her “concerns” over her husband continuing to play the “very violent sport.”
“My children and I would like him to be more present,” she said, adding that she’s “definitely had those conversations with him over and over again.”
Brady has also subtly discussed his marital woes while recapping his football games every Monday on his SiriusXM podcast, “Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.”
“Football and family has always been the most important thing to me,” he said on the Sept. 13 episode and admitted in the episode a week later that he’s been “pretty emotional” and needs to get those emotions in a “good place.”
The duo tied the knot in February 2009. Brady previously dated Bridget Moynahan, 51, for nearly three years until they split in 2006 but continue to co-parent their son Jack, 15.
