Blac Chyna has filed a $20 million lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, musician Twin Hector (real name Taiyon Hector), alleging that he assaulted her and violated their non-disclosure agreement.

Chyna, real name Angela White, filed a cross-complaint on Mar. 27, seen by Complex, in which she disputed the assault claims in Hector’s 2024 lawsuit against her. Instead, she claims that she was the one who experienced physical harm during the relationship. After admitting that she did strike him one time, Chyna claimed it was in self-defense after he allegedly hit her in the upper and lower parts of her body.

In the filing, Chyna’s team said that any contact made was “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself.”

Additionally, Chyna has accused Hector of four violations of an NDA he signed, — an agreement that included a penalty of $5 million for each violation.

One alleged violation mentioned in the filing is that she is mentioned in Hector’s songs, including one where he talks about a woman who wears a size 39 shoe (equivalent to a US women’s 8.5) — which is what Blac Chyna wears. When confronted about the lyric, Chyna alleges that Hector said that reference could be about anyone, “but if the Shoe fit .. , that sound personal,” which she said was “a thinly veiled admission” that the lyric was in fact about her.

Another alleged violation was Hector’s appearance on Tasha K’s show, where he is accused of making false allegations about Chyna and sharing private details about her and her family.

Hector is also accused of making and selling “Twin Hector vs. Blac Chyna” merch, in violation of the NDA.

Chyna is seeking at least $20 million for the alleged breaches.

TMZ spoke to Hector’s lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenck, about the lawsuit, who said, “In our opinion, [Chyna's] Cross-Complaint is a frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector.”

“Twin Hector is the victim here. Unfortunately for Ms. White, the facts prove this. Twin Hector is known as a complete gentleman. He has no history of violence toward anyone," he added. “Ms. White knows the truth. Domestic Violence laws in California protect both men and women. If Ms White was unaware of this, she’s going to find out very quickly. No one is above the law.”

In 2024, Hector sued Blac Chyna and claimed that she attacked him “often” over the course of their three-year relationship. Hector claimed that the abuse escalated in Sept. 2021 when Chyna unleashed a “vicious attack” that consisted of her using fists, elbows, and knees on him while he was sleeping in the bed at their Los Angeles home.

Afterwards, Hector claimed that Chyna called her personal physician to treat his wounds: multiple gashes on his face and a swollen left eye.

"It is a shocking experience for any man to go through — being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled (falsely) the de facto aggressor," Schenck told TMZ at the time. "Every day in America men suffer what are often brutal injuries, but many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights."

Hector is seeking $10 million in damages in his lawsuit.
