5 year oldJada Pinkett Smith is opening up about a time in her life when she once had an “unhealthy relationship to porn”.
In Monday’s episode of her Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk, the 47-year-old actress revealed she previously “had a little porn addiction”.
“If I was still on my porn game, I’d be able to show you some good porn,” Jada told her co-hosts, daughter Willow and her mum Adrienne, at the beginning of the episode as the trio got ready backstage.

“Back in the day I had a little porn addiction, but I wasn’t in a relationship when I had a porn addiction, believe it or not, thank goodness,” the star — who has now been married to actor Will Smith for almost 22 years — added.
Later in the episode, when the ladies were sitting down, Jada went on to clarify that she “actually” felt like earlier she was “using (the term) ‘addiction’ a little lightly”.
“And maybe I’ll say now that I had an unhealthy relationship to porn at one point in my life where I was trying to practice abstinence,” she explained.

When asked by her 18-year-old daughter if her “fixation” on porn came from an “emotional” place, Jada said it did.
“It was actually like feeling like an emptiness, at least you think it is,” she shared. “But it’s actually not.”
During the episode, the trio went on to discuss how there is a stigma around porn as well as how it can be “detrimental” to a person’s life.
