But when 10 inmates broke out of the Orleans Justice Center on Friday, they didn’t assault any officers. The escape was – in their own words – “To Easy LoL.”

“There’s just one after another circumstances here that indicates they had significant assistance from people working in the facility,” McCabe said.
“And they probably also benefited from just very lax security policies likely caused by underfunding and understaffing. But nevertheless, this is what that leads to. And if a facility’s not secure, bad guys get away.”
