The Supreme Court has entered the final, busy stretch of its term, with the next decisions expected Thursday morning. The justices so far have lowered the standard for proving workplace discrimination for members of majority groups, deadlocked on the legality of direct public funding for religious schools and narrowed the scope of environmental reviews for infrastructure projects, among other decisions.
