Mama June regrets dramatic weight loss and skin removal surgery

In the latest episode, the star is left reeling in pain following surgery to get excess skin from her drastic weight loss removed, The Sun reports.

On Friday’s episode of From Not to Hot, Mama June Shannon hid herself away in her room and refused to leave her bed as she decides to give up on her goal to get down to a size four.

The star — who in this episode has reached 87kgs — is left even more devastated when the doctors remove her bandages and she sees what her new body currently looks like.

She declared: “I thought that surgery would make me feel better but it hasn’t.

“My body looks like Frankenstein and I hate that I did this.”

After struggling to recover and knowing a second surgery on her “turkey” neck and “bat wing” arms was required as well, the mum-of-four called time on her life-altering regimen.

It isn’t helped when she then discovers that a post-surgery numbness in her abdomen has the potential to be permanent.

The defiant matriarch, 37, seems to have made up her mind to stop her weight-loss regimen and even throws out her revenge body goal dress after hitting a low point in her body makeover.

The star is due to have a revelation photoshoot and wanted to show up her ex-husband’s new bride at their wedding, but admitted: “I don’t care about any of it, I’m done.”

She then bins the size four red dress she had been aiming to fit into by the end of her weight loss journey.

However, her 16-year-old daughter Pumpkin, real name Lauryn, discovers the gown and fishes it out of the trash.

Telling her sister Honey BooBoo what she found, the pair try to come up with a plan to get her mum back on track.
