Kyle Sandilands weighs in on Zac Efron’s changing face

Zac Efron’s heavy-set jaw sent the internet into a spin last week after he took part in a video for Earth Day.

Many fans said his face looked “totally different” and rumours started that the Hollywood star 33, had undergone plastic surgery to his face.

However, good friend and radio host Kyle Sandilands has shut down these rumours while hosting The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Friday.

“I would know if he’d had any plastic surgery,” Kyle, 49, said before telling his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that “of course” Zac hadn’t had work done.

He went on to explain that Zac is already so good looking, and plastic surgery would be pointless.

“It’s like getting a Picasso and having a kid finger paint all over it. Why bother?” he said.

Kyle’s comments come after plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn suggested on TikTok that it wasn’t plastic surgery at all, but maybe some sort of dental surgery like wisdom teeth removal.
 

“Everyone is talking about Zac Efron and how strange he looks. Has he had surgery to reshape his jawline, Botox or fillers?” Dr Youn began.

“I don’t think so. I actually think he has had dental surgery, not plastic surgery.

“That’s why he is swollen [along his jaw]. If you’ve had your wisdom teeth taken out, did you look like this?”

Zac trended on Twitter last week after he appeared on the Earth Day video.

Zac’s joined in on the clip came where he called organiser Bill Nye a ‘genius’ for the event.

However, fans were less interested in what he had to say and more how he looked.
