Kim Kardashian West says she leaked her own secret in latest KUWTK preview

At least the Kardashians are honest.

Kim Kardashian West, 38, has admitted to leaking her own baby news in the latest teaser for season 17 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which will stream on Foxtel from Monday.

The reality star and business mogul explains to mum Kris Jenner, sister Khloe and Scott Disick that she drunkenly revealed she was having a fourth child via a surrogate.

The news broke of Kim and husband Kanye West’s pregnancy around Christmas time last year before they announced it themselves.

“How is it that everybody found out about your surrogate by the way?” Scott asks Kim in the teaser.

“Um, so, I got drunk on Christmas Eve and I told someone at Christmas Eve and I don’t remember who I told because I was drunk.”

Kim is referring to the family’s famous Christmas Eve party, which they held at her California mansion last year.

“It was my fault,” Kim laughed. “That’s why I don’t drink.”

Kim and Kanye welcomed three-month-old son Psalm back in May. They now have four children under the age of six.

They are also parents to North, 6, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1.

After more than a decade on TV, KUWTK returns for its 17th season next week, and as always, there is a lot of drama for fans to look forward to.

Kim awaits the arrival of her fourth baby while also receiving a shocking medical diagnosis.

In the aftermath of the Jordyn Woods, Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, Khloe navigates co-parenting with many setbacks.

In one of the trailers, Kylie tries to mediate between Khloe and Jordyn, who was Kylie’s long-term best friend when she kissed Tristan, Khloe’s then boyfriend, back in February.

“She wants to write you a letter,” Kylie says.

Meanwhile, Kourtney reaches a milestone birthday that she has a breakdown about, telling Khloe turning 40 gives her anxiety.

“I feel like I want to cry. It just gives me anxiety and I don’t know why. I have so much and I should just be so happy,” she says through tears.

And it doesn’t look like her ex, Scott, is having a great time either, with one of the clips showing him making a bombshell admission to the Kardashian family.

“There’s a chance that I would have to go to prison,” he says.

Then there’s also the glitz and glamour, as Kendall, Kylie, Kim and Kris head to New York for the 2019 Met ball.
