6 year oldJAMIE Foxx has denied allegations he “penis slapped” a woman in 2002.
TMZ reports a woman came forward last week accusing the Django Unchained star of sexual misconduct.
Foxx, 50, denied the woman’s claim in a statement through his solicitor, who told TMZ the alleged incident was only reported to police last Friday.
“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” Foxx’s solicitor Allison Hart said.
“The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.”
The alleged incident happened in Las Vegas, with the woman telling police she and another friend were at a party at Foxx’s place.
The woman reportedly told law enforcement that Foxx had tried to get her to perform oral sex and when she declined he “struck her in the face with his penis”.
She was then asked to leave by one of the actor’s friends and went to hospital in Los Angeles the next day suffering from a severe panic attack, the report alleged.
Foxx’s accuser said she was spurred to report the alleged incident by the #MeToo movement, which has seen several Hollywood A-listers publicly accused of sexual misconduct.
Foxx is currently in a relationship with Katie Holmes.
