Now the five bedroom pad — complete with six-and-a-half bathrooms — is being listed for nearly $2 million more than the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan originally paid.
Putting her stamp on the property, which includes a movie room, a pool and spa, Kylie worked with designer Jeff Andrews to give it a modern twist.
Tomer Fridman of Ewing & Associates/Sotheby’s International Realty, who’s listing the property with Isidora Fridman, said: “It’s been extensively re-imagined.
“Kylie has a phenomenal sense of style and taste in design.”
Just to give an idea of the expanse of the dark-haired beauty’s former home, the 4,851 sq ft property is listed as featuring a ‘glam room’ and a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, seating area and shoe closet.
A monochrome tiled bathroom contains a claw foot bathtub and Gothic-style mirrors over two separate sinks.
Cream and white are the themes in the spacious living areas, while a grand oak table takes centre stage in the outside dining area.
Stepping outside, there’s a choice of two fire pits, a BBQ bar and covered patio space.
But now Kylie, who recently split from boyfriend Tyga, has upgraded to a $A7.9 million pad in Hidden Hills, California, where she’ll be closer to mum Kris Jenner and older sister Kim Kardashian, who live in the same neighbourhood.
