REPORTS have emerged the alleged altercation between Brad Pitt and his family on a private plane last week was caught on video.

Us Weekly quoted sources as saying the footage, recorded on Wednesday September 14, showed the 52-year-old actor “looking drunk” and “yelling”.

“Brad is seen yelling a lot during it, but nothing physical,” one source told the publication.

The incident reportedly occurred after the family’s jet stopped for fuel at Minnesota’s International Falls Airport.

The source said Pitt and Jolie began arguing on the plane before their oldest son, Maddox, stepped in.

“He got drunk and was fighting with Angie,” the source said. “Maddox stepped in to defend Angie and got in Brad’s face.”
Another source added: “The abuse suggestions are inaccurate”.

It is believed the incident was the trigger for Jolie, 41, calling time on their marriage this week.
Court papers for their $500 million divorce lists their date of separation as September 15 — the day after the jet touched down in Los Angeles.

While it’s reported Jolie got on the front foot with both the divorce and the publicity storm surrounding their split, Pitt’s not taking it lying down, enlisting some legal firepower in the form of top Hollywood lawyer Lance Spiegel.

Spiegel, 70, has extensive experience in divorce cases involving celebrities, having represented Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria in her divorce from basketballer Tony Parker, as well as other clients including Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen and the late Michael Jackson, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
