Newly-published photos reveal that the pop superstar has been keeping a giant secret about her personal life for the whole year.
Lady Gaga and her fiance, Michael Polansky, have welcomed their first child together, according to a new report.
Page Six broke the news today, reporting that the couple have welcomed their first child – but that the baby’s birthdate, sex and name are all unknown at this time.

The outlet also published photos seemingly confirming the surprise news, showing Gaga, 40, walking alongside her fiance, 42, in Northern California while carrying a baby on her chest in a wrap.
Today’s news will come as a shock to Gaga’s legions of fans, as it was not public knowledge that she was expecting a baby.
The star has kept a low public profile in the months since wrapping the Mayhem Ball tour back in April. She attended an event in Los Angeles the following month and her last confirmed public sighting was four weeks ago, when she turned up in a photo on a fan’s Instagram account after the fan bumped into her on the street.
Their selfie was tightly cropped, so did not show whether the star was sporting a noticeable baby bump.
This is the first child for both Gaga – real name Stefani Germanotta – and her fiance, who have been engaged since March 2024 and have been together since 2019.
Gaga opened up about her feelings towards motherhood in a March 2025 interview with the New York Times.
“I’m excited to be a mum. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it,” she told the outlet.
“The thing that’s the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing. So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that’s the thing that I believe in the most.”
In the same interview, admitted she was struggling to figure out how having a child would fit in with her life as a pop star.
“I’m also kind of at war with myself sometimes as I get ready to, hopefully, become a mum soon,” she said.
“Like, today is wonderful, but the whole day has revolved around me. There’s an incredible amount of narcissism in this.”
