The Los Angeles ceremony is set for next February. A host has not been announced.

Will Cowboy Carter emerge victorious in key country categories? Will Brat Summer and BratAutumn parlay into total Brat domination? Will Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s historic back-and-forth lead to new trophies?

These were among the questions front of mind for Grammys enthusiasts as we stood on the precipice of a new class of nominees being unveiled by the Recording Academy on Friday. Joining CEO Harvey Mason Jr. for the nominations livestream event were Billie Joe Armstrong, Brandy Clark, Kirk Franklin, David Frost, Robert Gordon, Kylie Minogue, Victoria Monét, Gaby Moreno, Deanie Parker, Ben Platt, Mark Ronson, Hayley Williams, Jim Gaffigan, and Gayle King.

Heading into the reveal, a few presumed contenders were widely floated as being a lock for key categories, including Future and Metro Boomin’s We Don’t Trust You and Chappell Roan’s The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, as well as the aforementioned Cowboy Carter and Bratblockbusters. Taylor Swift also stands to possibly add another AOTY win to her previous four.

The eligibility period for the 67th Annual Grammy Awards began on Sept. 16, 2023 and ended on Aug. 30 of this year. While first-round voting took place from Oct. 4 through Oct. 15, leading us to today’s nominees announcement, a final round will begin on Dec. 12. That lasts through Jan. 3, with the ceremony itself set for Feb. 2. A host, or hosts, for the night’s proceedings hasn’t yet been publicly named. As for the venue, that honor will again go to the unfortunately named Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Below, see selections from this year's nominees class as they're unveiled. For a full list of potential winners, head here. Beyoncé leads the 2025 nominees class with 11 total nods, followed by Charli XCX with seven. Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, and Post Malone also all bagged seven nominations this year, while a trio of decidedly 2024-dominating artists—Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Taylor—all bagged six.
