SÃO PAULO—A dispute with Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro led Justice Minister Sergio Moro to resign on Friday, the second major cabinet departure in a week as the country’s leadership struggles with the fast-spreading coronavirus outbreak.

Mr. Moro left after Mr. Bolsonaro fired the head of the federal police, who had been appointed and worked closely with the justice minister.
