One guest, Adam Aron, CEO of AMC, has spilled the beans and claimed that despite the size of the wedding, it felt “intimate and small”.
In a lengthy tweet, he described the couple’s vows as “long, entertaining, personal, charming, emotional, irrelevant and endearing”.
He said it was clear that the couple share a “profound love” and are clearly “soulmates” who are head over heels for each other.
The CEO also described Swift’s bridal look as “jaw-dropping” and claimed Kelce looked “handsome” in a suit.
The tweet by the 71-year-old has now been deleted.
The couple did also release an official statement in which they let fans know that their nuptials were officiated by comedian Adam Sandler.
The statement also squashed rumours that Selena Gomez would be the maid of honour. Instead, Swift’s brother, Austin, was her man of honour, while Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man.
The power couple also both wore Christian Dior Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, and Swift went full princess and opted for a traditional bridal gown with a veil.
Interestingly, the NFL player didn’t go for a black tuxedo and mixed it up and wore a white suit.
According to TMZ, Sandler didn’t just officiate the wedding; he also wrote a song for lovebirds that wasn’t just laugh-out-loud funny but also deeply moving.
The couple otherwise kept it traditional. Jason and Kylie Kelce’s four daughters served as flower girls, throwing petals as Swift walked down the aisle.
According to reports, the song that was playing as Swift made her way to Travis was one of her own – but some are claiming it’s a new song, and others are saying it’s an already released banger.
Madison Square Garden was also turned into an indoor garden for the celebrations, with carnival-like games to entertain guests, and the event was also catered by iconic NYC eatery Zero Bond.
There are also rumours that the stadium was decorated with photos of both the bride and groom, from cute toddler photos to awkward teenage shots.
As for the A-list guest-list, so many celebrities attended that it’s easy to lose track, but Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez and Hugh Grant were just some of the stars in attendance.
The band HAIM, Jennifer Lopez, Stevie Knicks, Paul McCartney, and the bride herself, Swift, are expected to have performed at the reception – but no more details on that yet.
The wedding comes after Swift and Kelce’s whirlwind romance.
The pair started dating in 2023 after Kelce attended Swift’s The Eras Tour concert wearing a friendship bracelet and was upset he didn’t get to meet the singer.
He complained about it on his New Heights podcast with his brother; somehow, that got back to Swift, and the pair started quietly dating.
Then from there, everything just took off. Swift was suddenly a regular at the NFL players’ games, and he was always at her concerts cheering her on. The pair got engaged in August 2025.
Swift and Kelce shared the news on Instagram and joked, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married”.
