​Selena Gomez shocks fans with bridal snap ​

Actress Selena Gomez has set the internet on fire after posting a picture of her wearing a wedding dress.

The photo has already amassed almost 11 million likes and it hasn’t even been up for 48 hours. 

But the Disney alum, 30, isn’t getting married; instead, she wore the dress for a scene in her hit show Only Murders In The Building.

To make things even sweeter, her co-star, comedy legend Steve Martin, posed with her for a photo, which was captioned: “Father Of The Bride.”

This was a reference to Martin’s smash hit 1991 film.
 

“I have no caption,” Gomez wrote on the Instagram post. “Just a regular day at work.”

The snap sent Selena’s fans into a bridal frenzy, with thousands of comments flooding her Instagram.

“The most beautiful girl in the world,” one fan wrote.

Another added: “Selena wins!”

Many fans also made jabs at Hailey Bieber in the comments section after Gomez and Bieber’s on-again-off-again feud allegedly sparked up again recently.

Hailey Bieber is famously married to Gomez’s ex, Justin Bieber. The two frenemies have made headlines in recent months over an alleged TikTok feud, as fans of Gomez accused Bieber of making fun of the actress because she over-laminated her eyebrows.

They also accused Bieber of relishing the fact Gomez was body-shamed over some bikini photos.

The alleged feud then led to Gomez commenting on a TikTok – in which Bieber was called a “mean girl” – with the words “I love you”, before she announced she was taking a break from social media.

It comes after some fans accused Bieber of making a career out of copying Gomez.

Now, neither woman is able to post anything on social media without fans flooding the comments section referencing the feud and making it clear whose side they are on.
 

One of the running themes of the feud is fans accusing Bieber of copying Gomez’s style. So, naturally, when she posted the wedding dress snap on Instagram, the pointed comments rolled in.

“Watch out,” one wrote, “Hailey might post a throwback picture of her in a wedding dress.”

“Justin is punching the air right now,” another said.

“Now it’s Hailey’s turn to wear a white dress and boots and post it on Instagram,” someone else wrote.

Gomez is currently the most followed woman on Instagram with more than 400 million followers. 

Meanwhile, the reignited feud between the two stars saw Bieber lose a million followers, while Gomez gained nearly 13 million.
